Returns

What is your return policy?

We know not everything works out every time. Items returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. Personalised items are also considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders placed on rag-bone.com.au can be returned to your local rag & bone store. Anything purchased in a store or an authorised Rag & Bone affiliate, must be returned the same way as it was purchased.

Note, garments purchased in department stores must be returned to the place of purchase as they have access to your bank information for crediting.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once your return is received at our warehouse, our returns team may take up to 5–10 business days to inspect and process your refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after receiving the confirmation.

If you’re concerned about a delay, we recommend the following:

  • Check the tracking number for your return to confirm whether it is still in transit.

  • Look in your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.

If your return is outside this timeframe and the tracking shows it has been delivered, or if you have any concerns, please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@rag-bone.com.au or call 1800 724 263 for further assistance.

How do I make an exchange?

We’re sorry to hear your order isn’t quite right! You can exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include tags, packaging, and the original box. There must be no damage or signs of wear, such as sole markings or scratches. To start your return, please lodge your return request online using your email and Rag & Bone order number via our returns portal.

Select the "Shop Now" option during the return process to exchange your item for a different size or style. Please post your return as soon as possible, as your next order will be sent once your return is scanned by Australia Post. Please note that stock is not reserved until your return is scanned in transit.

Your Order

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup or the option to purchase online and pick up in-store at this time. However, you are welcome to visit our stores to purchase items directly. All online orders will need to be shipped to your address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery. The consignment number will usually only appear as valid once the shipment has been collected and reached the Australia Post depot for scanning.

If you receive an error on the same day your order is dispatched, please try again in the morning after the package has been scanned. If you are having trouble opening or locating your tracking number, you can retrieve it from your account. Simply log in to your account, go to your order history, and find the tracking number once dispatched. Use this consignment number to track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our system is designed to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it by calling 1800 724 263 or emailing customercare@rag-bone.com.au. In some cases, we may be able to cancel the order, allowing you to place a new one.

Please note: Most orders are shipped the same business day. If it’s too late to intercept the parcel, you’ll need to wait for the order to arrive and follow our return process.

Payment

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase and you will receive a confirmation email from both our store and the payment provider if you used PayPal and Afterpay. When will my credit card be charged?

Your payment will be processed at the time of order.

Once your payment is successfully processed, we will send you an order confirmation email. If your order is cancelled for any reason, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the timeframe for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

Do you offer gift certificates?

No, at the moment we do not offer Gift Cards to be purchased online.

Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

Express shipping takes 1-3 business days for East Coast Metro areas and 2-4 business days for West Coast and Regional areas, with a shipping fee of $10. We offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $350 Australia-wide.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. Our shipping services are limited to addresses within Australia at this time. If you're located outside of Australia, we recommend visiting the Rag & Bone website for your region to explore shipping options and assistance specific to your country.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

At this time, we only ship to the address that is specified on your order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each address.
