Order Processing
Any order placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm AEDT will ship out the same business day.
Any order placed after 12:00 p.m. AEDT, will be shipped on the following business day.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
In-Store Pickup
Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup or the option to purchase online and pick up in-store at this time. However, you are welcome to visit our stores to purchase items directly. All online orders must be shipped to your address.
Delivery Timeframes and Costs
Here at Rag & Bone, speedy delivery is important to us which is why we only offer Express Shipping.
East Coast metro areas delivery timeframe for express post is usually 1–3 business days.
West Coast and regional areas delivery timeframe for express post is usually 2-4 business days .
A shipping fee of $10 applies to orders under $350, while orders over $350 qualify for free shipping.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may be affected during peak seasons.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are limited to addresses within Australia.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
Will my order require a signature on delivery?
All orders require a signature upon delivery unless you request otherwise via Australia Post tracking. We recommend signing for your parcels to ensure safe delivery. If you authorise Australia Post to leave your parcel without a signature, Rag & Bone is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding carrier timeframes. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that dispatch times may be delayed during peak trading periods. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
We currently do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will be valid once the shipment reaches the Australia Post depot for scanning. If you receive an error, please try again the following morning.

Returned Orders
If your order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or missed collection, our Customer Service team will notify you via email once we receive the parcel. We will confirm your correct address and arrange for re-shipment.
