When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Your payment will be processed at the time of order.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If your order is cancelled for any reason, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution.
Is My Personal and Credit Card Information Safe on Your Website?
Yes, we take security very seriously. We've implemented several measures to protect your information from unauthorised access and use. All transactions are processed on a secure server. When in secure mode, your computer and our server exchange data in an encrypted format.
When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?
Once your return is received at our warehouse, our returns team may take up to 5–10 business days to inspect and process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after receiving the confirmation email.
If you're concerned about a delay, we recommend the following:
