Retaining hallmarks of the classic military style, like multiple utilitarian pockets and a cinchable waist, this slightly relaxed rendition is cut from Authentic Rigid, a structured denim designed to break in, whisker, and fade over years of wear. Its tinted dark grey wash is created through an artisanal overdye process that results in a unique depth of colour. The jacket takes its cues from the aesthetic culture of downtown New York City's New Wave music movement during the early 1980s, when diverse genres and vibrant experimentations in creativity set the stage for future celebrations of individuality.
